A 24-year-old iorean male soldier visited to the O.P.D. of E.N.T. CAH on March arch 3, 1970, c ith the chief complaints of nasal obstruction, mucos arulent discharge, headache and the episode of frequent nasal bleeding.
The patient stated that his symptom began 9 years previousely. Anterior rhinoscopy of the nose reveald that a, black & brown mass was seen between the septum and the inferior turbinate at the anterior portion of the right nasal cavity.
Under local anesthesia, the mass measuring 2. 5 cm X2.0 cmx l. 0 cm. and weighting approximately 3 gm was removed with a nasal forceps.
